If you need a creative space don't book a box inside a box. Why not host your next meet-up in a beautiful, private woodland at the foot of the South Downs National Park. We provide businesses and organisations with a secluded woodland venue to hold outdoor meetings, catch-ups, day retreats, coaching sessions or celebrations.
Foxfire Wood is completely off-grid. This is your chance to fully immerse yourselves in nature and connect with each other. We are located within 6 acres of private woodland in the Souths Downs National Park, all just 10 minutes from Brighton and Shoreham.
We have a beautiful banquet table nestled under ancient Oak trees and a large Fire Pit area with cozy benches.
We also have a grand parachute shelter in case of showers and a compost toilet. I can offer activities such as whittling, survival skills, seasonal nature crafts and cooking over an open fire.
Retreats can be booked on Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.

We're happy to discuss your needs but to give you an idea here are 2 typical ways to hire the woodland as a team.

Hire of the woodland and host
Karen will meet you at a designated parking/meeting spot then will walk you into the private woodland and introduce you. We suggest groups of up to a maximum of 15. You can have access to the woodland from 10am to 4pm.
You are then free to use the private woodland areas for your own team meeting/creative session/activity/hang out. A fire can be provided which you could cook your own food on using the grill we have on site. Or you can bring packed lunches or book lunch at the close by Tottington Manor Hotel.
Starting at £450
Hire of the woodland + activity(s)
Get everything mentioned above in the hire of woodland but add the option of guided activities. Options include a Wood fired oven Pizza making (snacks + drink included) and/or a Nature Art Activity.
Woodland + 2 activities =
up to 8 people = £600
up to 10 = £700
up to 15 = £925
